| Wagging Tales Refund Policy |
Telephone, E-mail, In-Person, or Reiki Consultation Purchases:
Your scheduled consultation purchases a block of Tim’s time. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give Tim at least 2 calendar days’ notice so that your appointment time can be available for others to use. If at least 2 calendar days’ notice is not provided, you will still owe Tim for his time. If at least 2 calendar days’ notice is given, your appointment can be rescheduled or a full refund given.
Please note that once Tim has begun his work on any of these consultations, no refunds will be given.

Lost Animal Consultation Purchases:
Tim will never guarantee that a lost or missing animal will be found. Nor will Tim guarantee that your lost or missing animal will return home with his assistance even if they are roaming freely. As such, once Tim has begun his work on the LOST ANIMAL CONSULTATION, FOLLOW-UP LOST ANIMAL CONSULTATION, or GENERAL STATUS CHECK CONSULTATION (FOR A MISSING ANIMAL), no refunds will be given. If work has not begun for any of these consultations, a full refund will be given.

Book Purchases:
No refunds will be made on the purchase of either of Tim’s books unless the book(s) haven’t been shipped. If the books have not been shipped, a full refund will be given. No refunds will be given for book(s) that have been customized (signed by Tim for a specific person, persons, or pet).

Workshop Purchases:
In-person and Telephone Workshops: The purchase of an in-person or telephone workshop reserves your right to attend and participate in the workshop. If you cannot attend the in-person or telephone workshop for which you have paid, please provide Tim with at least 2 weeks’ notice prior to the workshop commencing to receive a full refund. If at least 2 weeks’ notice prior to the workshop commencing is not provided, you will be charged for half of the in-person or telephone workshop cost. The remaining half of the in-person or telephone workshop fee will be refunded.
On-demand/audio Workshops: No refunds will be made on the purchase of my audio workshops unless the audio file has not been sent to the recipient.

Gift Certificate Purchases:
Because the gift certificates offered through Wagging Tales are issued via e-mail, once a gift certificate is issued, no refunds will be given.
